Nacho Bravo is a professional chef and restaurateur aiming to bring the mouth-watering flavours of Argentina to the world, who specialises in ‘Asado’ – the art of Argentinian barbecue. His sessions are aimed at people who want to spice up their skills and kitchen and learn how to master traditional Argentinian dishes. Nacho will bring the taste of Argentina to your plate by teaching you how to make delicious empanadas, grill tasty meats and burgers - Asado style- and prepare traditional sauces. He trained at the renowned Belgian school - Mausi Sebess and traveled around the globe to deepen his gastronomic knowledge, before opening his own Asado restaurant and founding Eventos Parrilleros, Argentina’s most famous barbecue catering. His hard work and entrepreneurship were recognised when he was appointed gastronomic manager of the football tournament Areia. Since then he has started multiple companies such as ‘Asado Workshop’, a cooking class all about Asado, ‘Healthfit Food’, a clean eating and training brand and ‘Vacuum Grill’, where he delivers vacuum packed delicacies. Nacho Bravo is always looking to expand his network and skill set in order to bring new, exciting experiences to the gastronomic world.
