Learn how to make 2 of the most classic Argentinian empanadas with Nacho Bravo, a renowned Argentinian chef who loves the gastronomic culture of his country. Empanadas are an essential part of Argentinian cuisine and make a perfect appetizer or main dish that will bring the traditional flavours of Argentina to your dining room. This session covers everything, from how to seasoning the filling to folding them over and serving them to your guests. Ingredients for cheese & onion filling:

150 grams of mozzarella

150 grams of cream cheese

400 grams of onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 egg

Salt

Pepper

olive oil (to taste)

 

Ingredients for carne suave filling:

400 grams of minced meat

200 grams of onions

1 bell pepper

3 hard-boiled eggs

3 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of paprika

1 tablespoon of ground chili

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

 

Ingredients for empanada dough:

600 grams of wheat flour

1/2 cup of water

1/2 tablespoon of salt

100 g of beef fat

1 pot

Apron

Kneading table

Rolling pin

Film paper

1 large bowl
